In short

  • The game is free to play, with one optional one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions and no ads.
  • Apple takes the payment and handles refunds.
  • Play fair and use a respectful player name.

About these terms

These terms are between you and Steeven Bolicar Quijije Lacerna ("we"), the seller of Brawl Arena. They apply together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which is your licence for the game. If the two conflict, Apple's agreement applies.

By downloading or playing the game, you agree to both. If you don't agree, please don't use the game. If you are not yet an adult where you live, ask a parent or guardian to read these terms and approve any purchase.

Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the game or for supporting it.

Using the game

You may play the game for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, rent or change the game, take it apart, or use cheats or tools that alter matches, except where the law gives you the right to do so.

The purchase

Six fighters and three arenas are free from the start. One optional purchase, "All Fighters & Arenas", unlocks the other 14 fighters and 17 arenas. Everything else in the game is free.

The game says the unlock lasts "forever". This means it doesn't expire and you won't pay for it again. It stays with your Apple Account, and you can use Restore purchases in Options to get it on your other iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple TV. We can't promise that the game will always be on the App Store or run on every future device or system version.

Refunds

Apple processes all payments, so only Apple can refund a purchase. We can't see or change your payment.

To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's refund guide. If you get a refund, the unlock is removed and those fighters and arenas lock again.

This doesn't affect any refund right you have under the consumer law of your country.

Multiplayer

Nearby and online matches connect you with other players, and we don't control what they do. The game has no chat. Please don't use a player name that is offensive, pretends to be someone else or shares personal details, and don't disrupt other players' matches.

Online play depends on Apple Game Center and your connection, so we can't promise it will always be available.

Playing safely

The game has flashing effects, screen shake and vibration. If you are sensitive to flashing images, take care and stop playing if you feel unwell. You can turn vibration off in Options.

Who owns what

The game and its characters, art, music and name are ours or used under licence. You get the right to play the game, not ownership of it.

Apple, App Store, Game Center, iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV are trademarks of Apple Inc. Brawl Arena is not made or endorsed by Apple.

Changes to the game

We may update the game, including its fighters, arenas and balance. You may need the latest version to play with others.

Our responsibility

We provide the game "as is" and can't promise it will always be free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid for the game.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law says cannot be removed, or limits responsibility that the law says cannot be limited.

Stopping

You can stop at any time by deleting the game. Your right to play ends if you seriously break these terms.

Which law applies

These terms follow the law of the country where we are based. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections that the law of your own country gives you and can use its courts.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. If you keep playing after that, the new terms apply.
